RemodelRank’s unlimited service includes unlimited requests and unlimited revisions. This means that you can make as many requests as you’d like, and we’ll work through them as quickly as possible. Once you submit your requests, your dedicated Project Manager will review them, to ensure we have all the details required. Then they’ll assign them to your team.

By default, your requests will be completed in the order you submit them on RANK360. But if you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a certain task, or tasks, you can do so by letting our Project Manager know.

We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into your team’s queue in the order that they are received. Your team then works on delivering them.

On average you’ll receive designs or revisions in 24 hours. If you’ve got a more complex task, let us know and we’ll provide an estimate on how long it’ll take.

Certain tasks within Digital Marketing & Financial Services will be re-occuring and our team will work on those items on an on-going basis. These tasks will be uploaded into RANK360 at the beginning of every month and tracked with other tasks.

As we work together, and get to know your business better, the review and revision process will get faster and faster. So you’ll be able to get an increasing number of projects completed, and only ever pay our flat monthly fee.

RemodelRank offers a digital marketing subscription, a project support subscription, and a subscription for financial services! Here’s how the subscriptions differ:

Digital Marketing is our most popular subscription, and for good reason! It gives you a wide range of services to enhace your online prescense – essentially everything that you’ll need – website design, SEO optimization, social media management, lead nurturing, blogs and email campaigns. It ALSO includes Custom Illustrations, Landing Pages and UI Designs, and Animated GIFs for the bigger campaigns, or unique projects that you need to tackle.

Project Support is our operatinal support package. Utilize our team to create beautiful 3D renderings and blueprints for your projects. We can also draft estimates for you.

Our team will turn around most designs within 24 hours and more complex designs within a few days, helping you increase the close rate.

Financial Services helps keeps your finances and books in line so you always understand the health of your business. This includes monthly bookkepping, invoicing clients, producing budgets and general financial planning.

For all subscriptions:

• We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into your design team’s queue in the order that they are received. Much of the work will be completed monthly on a re-occuring basis and those tasks will be uploaded into RANK360 at the beginning of every month.
• Your team then works on delivering them. On overage you will receive any requests within 24 hours of submission. More complex designs or blueprints will take a few days to deliver.
• And you can invite as many additional team members as you’d like to help you make and manage design requests on RANK360 at no extra cost!

Your dedicated design team does! Your team is made up of 1 Project Manager and specialized team members.

Based on what you need, your Project Manager will assign your request to the team member best suited to complete it. Once that request is completed, we then move on to your next request.

We fulfill your requests two at a time, on a first-requested, first-fulfilled basis. This way you get what you need first, the fastest. If the priority of your requests ever shifts, after you’ve made a request, you can just let your project manager know. They will hit pause on your active requests if possible, and fulfill the task(s) that have become more time-sensitive.

You sign up, you try us out for 7 days, and you cancel if you decide it’s not the right fit. You are not billed during the trial period. You get billed only after day 7 and you don’t have to sign any contracts to continue with RemodelRank. Our service is delivered month-to-month for a flat monthly rate.

So why do we collect payment details when you sign up? To ensure we are only onboarding clients who are seriously considering our service.

Below are guidelines, as well as some tips to help you determine if RemodelRank is right for you.

Digital Marketing Overview:

During your trial you can make 3 requests.

• 3 requests = landing pages, SEO audit, social media posts, graphic designs.
• During your trial, you will only receive concepts with a watermark on them.

Project Support Overview

During your trial you can make 2 requests.

• 2 requests = blueprints, 3D renderings or estimates.
• For blueprints and 3D renderings it is limited to one area of the home: bathroom, kitchen, etc.
• During your trial, you will only receive designs with a watermark on them.

The following requests are not fulfilled during trials

• SEO optimization
• Lead nurturing
• Email campaigns
• All financial services
• Logo designs 
• Brand Mascot or Brand Character designs

Why we don’t fulfill certain design requests during trials:

We do not fulfill certain items during trials for the following reasons:

• Items such as financial services and some items within digital marketing require setup time and consistency to ensure effective results.
• We’ve found some businesses are only using RemodelRank for an immediate need such as for branding or logo design and do not intend to work with our Team.
• We want to offer our services to as many remodelers as possible so we offer a free trial to prove our worth but have limited capacity to work on trial requests.

Be sure to make your trial request(s) as soon as possible so that we can ask for clarification and then work on it, and any revisions you’ll require, as quickly as possible. This way you’ll get a good sense of what working with your RemodelRank Team is like. And you’ll be able to make a confident decision within your 7 day trial about whether you’d like a full subscription.

Not hard at all. We keep things simple at RemodelRank. No documentation or extensive process. You can cancel at any point in time. You can also request assistance from your dedicated Project Manager. There is only one thing that we will ask: “What could we have done better?” We ask, because we value your feedback.

Certain subscriptions will require your input to successfully get kicked off. These include many of the items under digital marketing and financial services where we will need different levels of access depending on the software you currently use and your input on design.

Other request you can make right away such as: 3D renderings, blueprints, estimates, custom graphics, logos, landing pages, etc.
